ABC7 has identified a man found fatally stabbed in a Trinidad-area home Sunday evening as Glenn Scarborough.
A report from NBC Washington states that the man, who lived in a basement apartment in the 1300 block of Levis Street, was found with duct tape wrapped around his head.
