On Monday,
The retrial of Joshua Andrews is scheduled to begin before Judge Rhonda Winston. Last November, jurors were unable to decide if Andrews was guilty of first-degree murder while armed in connection with the 2010 shooting death of 17-year-old Darond Alonte Lucas.

Prosecutors will continue presenting their case against Donte Graves, accused of second-degree murder in the shooting death of 22-year-old Tyrone Joyner. Joyner was shot and killed near Nationals Park around 6:30 p.m. on Feb. 24, 2013.

The murder trial of Daren Vaughn will continue with the prosecution’s case. Vaughn is charged with premeditated first-degree murder, felony murder, armed robbery and related weapons offenses in connection with the stabbing death of his best friend, 23-year-old Tyrell Swann.

On Tuesday,
James Woods must accept or reject a plea offer charging him with involuntary manslaughter and simple assault in the death of Rockwell John Flint. Prosecutors believe that Flint died trying to break up a fight at an Adams Morgan bar between Woods and another man.

On Wednesday,
The trial of Antoine Little is scheduled to begin before Judge Jennifer Anderson. Little is charged with second-degree murder and carrying a dangerous weapon in connection with the stabbing death of James Eric Cain. Charging documents say a fight over who “was a real Muslim” led to Cain’s death.

James Brown is scheduled for a status hearing at 10:30 a.m. before Judge Robert Morin. Brown is charged with first-degree premeditated murder while armed, obstruction of justice, tampering with evidence, accessory to murder after the fact, and related weapons offenses in connection with the 2012 shooting death of 22-year-old Darnell Rivers.

On Friday,
Asia Moore is scheduled for a felony status conference before Judge John Ramsey Johnson. Moore is suspected of second-degree murder in connection with the stabbing death of her boyfriend Marvin Harvey in July 2013.

Bernard Fleming and Joseph Peoples are scheduled for a status hearing before Judge Robert Morin. Along with James Hamlin, the men face 12 criminal charges in connection with the 2012 shooting death of 30-year-old Michael Edward Jones.

Dion Redwood is scheduled for a felony status conference before Judge Rhonda Winston. Redwood is suspected in the 2013 shooting death of 16-year-old Darius Cannon.

Floyd Neal, Lafeyette Robinson, and DeAndre Shaheed are scheduled for a status hearing at 10:00 a.m. before Judge Jennifer Anderson. The men are suspected in the shooting death of 31-year-old Akinwole Olu Williams. According to arrest documents in the case, Neal, Robinson and Shaheed set out to rob someone when they saw Williams walking from the Deanwood Metro Station to his home in March 2013.

Rashad Slye is scheduled for sentencing at 12:00 p.m. before Judge Jennifer Anderson. Slye pleaded guilty to second-degree murder while armed in connection with the 2011 shooting death of 40-year-old Domingo Ezirike.
