Relisha Rudd Case: Police Release Video of Person Who May Have Information

MPD has released a video of a person who who appears to be walking off an escalator in a DC area metro station. MPD is trying to identify that person in connection with the disappearance of eight-year-old Relisha Rudd. They say he may have information about the girl.

MPD Seeking to Identify Individual in Video –Regarding Missing 8-year-old Relisha Rudd

(Washington, DC) – The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public’s assistance in identifying an individual in reference to the case of a critical missing person, 8-year-old Relisha Rudd, who was last seen on March 1, 2014.

The Metropolitan Police Department is unable at this time to share the location of where this image was taken, as it may negatively impact the investigation. The Metropolitan Police Department believes this individual may have information and we are only seeking to speak with him.

Anyone who can identify this individual or knows his whereabouts should take no action but call police at (202) 727-9099 or text your tip to the Department’s TEXT TIP LINE to 50411.

The FBI is offering a reward of up to $25,000 for information leading to the location and return of Relisha Rudd. If you see Relisha Rudd, call 911 immediately. You can also contact the FBI at 1-800-CALL-FBI.
