On Monday,
The trial of Daquan Tinker is scheduled to resume before Judge Robert Morin. Prosecutors say that Tinker shot Terrence Robinson after robbing Antoine Boddie.
Demonta Chappell is scheduled to begin his trial before Judge Rhonda Winston. Though prosecutors dropped a charge of carrying a pistol without a license, he remains charged with first-degree premeditated murder, two firearm offenses, and obstruction of justice in connection with the shooting death of Stevann Moorer.
On Tuesday,
Mark Kenyatta Bowser Jr. is scheduled for a preliminary hearing before Judge Robert Morin. He is suspected of second-degree murder while armed in connection with the stabbing death of Tracy Womack.
On Wednesday,
Andre Hockaday is scheduled for a preliminary hearing before Judge Rhonda Winston. He is suspected of first-degree murder in connection with the shooting death of Ronald Smith.
On Friday,
Allen Culver is scheduled for a status hearing at 10:00 a.m. before Judge Russell Canan. He is charged with eight criminal charges including first-degree murder in connection to the shooting death of 31-year-old Robert Plight.
Allen Thomas is scheduled for a felony status conference before Judge Russell Canan. He is suspected of second-degree murder while armed in connection with the stabbing death of Elike Rahmon Richardson.
Anthony Campbell, Phillip Glover, and Jermaine Livingston are scheduled for a trial readiness hearing at 11:00 a.m. before Judge John Ramsey Johnson. The men are suspected in the death of Antwain Henderson.
David Shepherd is scheduled to be sentenced at 11:00 a.m. before Judge Russell Canan. He was convicted in July of first-degree murder while armed in the 2012 shooting death of Henry Charles Miller.
Don Page is scheduled for a status hearing before Judge Rhonda Winston. He is charged with four criminal charges in connection with the death of Quentin Lavar White.
Frank Lee Branding is scheduled for a preliminary hearing before Judge Lynn Leibovitz. He is suspected of suspected of involuntary manslaughter in connection with the July 6 death of Benjamin Jennings.
Lamonte Perry is scheduled for a status hearing at 11:00 a.m. before Judge Rhonda Winston. In August, jurors acquitted him of first-degree premeditated murder, but deadlocked over the lesser charge of second-degree murder in Andre Jackson‘s death.
Malik Bilal is scheduled for a felony status conference at 10:00 a.m. before Judge Jennifer Anderson. He is suspected of second-degree murder while armed in connection to the stabbing death of Alonzo Gregory Beasley.
Mauda’Rico Proctor is scheduled for a trial readiness hearing before Judge Robert Morin. He is suspected of nine criminal charges, including two counts of first-degree murder, in connection with the January 2013 shooting death of Dominic Anthony Davis.
