Lopez</a>, 35, was last seen wearing a red, white and blue jacket and brown pants. Lopez also known as Marvin Lopez Cabrera<br /> DOB: 7/19/1979<br /> 104 Emerson Street, NW #1 Washington, DC<br /> Hispanic/Male 6’0” in height, weighing 190 lbs.<br /> Last seen wearing a red/white/blue jacket and brown pants</p> <p>On Wednesday, December 24, 2014, at approximately 5:30 pm, Yamalith Arroyo was shot and killed in the 3900 block of 14th Street, NW, Washington, DC. Detectives of Metropolitan Police Department’s Homicide Branch investigated this case and subsequently obtained an arrest warrant charging the suspect named and pictured above with murder.</p> <p>If this subject is seen call 911 for immediate police response.
