Police described him as a 40-year-old Hispanic male, standing 5 feet, 6 inches, weighing 180 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes and a tattoo of a black scorpion on his left forearm.<br /> <span id="more-18355"></span><br /> Cantarero is wanted on a charge of accessory after the fact. Police described him as a 36-year-old Hispanic male, 5 feet, 10 inches tall, 180 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.</p> <p>Both men should be considered "armed and dangerous," police said.</p> <p>Molina was found by a citizen lying near the bed of Rock Creek at Rock Creek Park at Beach Drive and Joyce Road Northwest on Sept. 2. </p> <p>MPD is expected to hold a press conference on this case later this evening.</p> <p>Their press release is below.</p> <blockquote><p>October 10, 2013</p> <p>Suspects Sought in Homicide: Beach Drive &#038; Joyce Road, NW</p> <p>(Washington, DC)-Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department’s Homicide Branch are seeking the public’s assistance in locating two suspects wanted in connection with a fatal stabbing.</p> <p>On Monday, September 2, 2013 at approximately 7:53 pm, members of the United States Park Police were notified of a body found on the bank of Rock Creek in Grove #6 near Beach Drive and Joyce Road, NW. They located an unconscious adult male suffering from apparent stab wounds. DC Fire and Emergency Medical Services personnel responded to the scene to initiate life saving measures, but found no signs consistent with life. The remains of the decedent were transported to the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner pending an autopsy.</p> <p>The decedent has been identified as 49 year-old Matias Molina of Northwest, Washington, DC.</p> <p>Information on the two suspects wanted in connection with this case is as follows:</p> <p>The first suspect is identified as Angel Dilmar Monge, also known as Alex Avalos. He is wanted for Murder II While Armed in the stabbing death of Matias Molina. He is described as a 40-year-old Hispanic male, 5’ 6” in height, 180 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He has a tattoo of a black scorpion on his left forearm. Angel Dilmar Monge should be considered armed and dangerous.</p> <p>The second suspect is identified as Jose Santos Cantarero. He is wanted for Accessory After the Fact in the stabbing death of Matias Molina. He is described as a 36-year-old Hispanic male, 5’ 10” in height, 180 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. His body was found by a resident near the intersection of Beach Drive and Joyce Road.</p> <p>At a press conference Tuesday, acting Captain Robert Alder said the investigation is seeking to determine whether the stabbing actually occurred at the Rock Creek Park.
