Upon their arrival, they located two adult male victims. The first victim was found unconscious and suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Personnel from DC Fire and Emergency Medical Services responded to the scene and determined there were no signs of life. The second victim was located with an apparent gunshot wound and was transported by personnel from DC Fire and Emergency Medical Services to an area hospital for treatment.</p> <p>The decedent has been identified as 21 year-old Shawn Junior Ray of Northeast, Washington, DC. </p> <p>The Metropolitan Police Department currently offers a reward of up to $25,000 to anyone that provides information which leads to the arrest and conviction of the person or persons wanted for any homicide committed in the District of Columbia.<br /> Anyone with information about this case is asked to call the police at (202) 727-9099.
