Murder Charge Dismissed in Case Against Jewell Washington

The second-degree murder Jewell Washington was facing in the death of her half-brother, Mark Goldring, has been dismissed. Proseuctors made an oral argument Friday to Judge Robert Morin asking for the dismissal.
