The Week Ahead

The D.C. Medical Examiner’s report on the death of Ali Ahmed Mohammed, who died after allegedly being beaten outside of the DC9 nightclub in the U Street corridor, is expected Monday. The report is expected to guide investigators in their decision whether or not to charge the men accused in the attack with murder.

Raymond Roseboro in courtroom 310 (Judge Lynn Leibovitz) for a preliminary hearing in a second degree murder case. The victim, Prince Okorie, was shot Nov. 30, 2010 in the 800 block of Delafield Place NW. Roseboro is represented by attorney James Rudasill. The case number is CF1 023156. Thursday

Damon Sams in courtroom 320 (Judge Gerald Fisher) for a felony status conference in a second degree murder case. The victim, Ashley McRae, was shot Sept. 18, 2010 in the 2700 block of Bruce Place SE. Friday

D.C. Criminal Court will be closed for the Christmas holiday, except for arraignments in courtroom 210.
