Kevin Lamont Clark, accused of killing 17-year-old Ricardo Vondell Minger, was ordered held without bail when Judge Russell Canan determined probable cause in the first-degree murder case at a preliminary hearing on Tuesday.
Cinthya Proctor, Anneka Nelson, Johnnie Sweets and Laurence Hassan were arrested and charged this week with murder in the case of missing 18-year-old D.C. woman Latisha Frazier.
