Metro Police have arrested Terrell Kelly, 26, of Southeast, D.C, and charged him with the killing of Kyree Seabrook in November 2009.

Arrest Made in the Homicide of Kyree Seabrook
( Washington, DC)- Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department’s Homicide Branch have announced an arrest has been made in the homicide of Kyree Seabrook.
On Thursday, November 19, 2009, at approximately 4:15 am, units from the Seventh District responded to the 4000 block of 4th Street, SE., for the report of an assault in progress. Upon arrival on the scene, they located an adult male suffering from stab wounds. Personnel from the DC Fire and Emergency Medical Services arrived on the scene and transported the victim to an area hospital, where he was subsequently pronounced dead.
On Thursday, February 10, 2011, at approximately 6:00 pm, 26-year-old Terrell Kelly of Southeast, D.C, was arrested by Homicide Branch detectives in conjunction with Prince Georges County Police, pursuant to an arrest warrant and charged with Murder II While Armed in the homicide of Kyree Seabrook.
