Each Friday, Homicide Watch brings you a tickler of which murder cases are coming up in the DC courts. Next week brings four preliminary hearings: Deonte Bryant, Terrance Bush and Terry Jimenez in the shooting death of Robert Foster Jr., Phillip Swan, Theodore Spencer and Terrell Wilson in the death of Glenn Scarborough, and Rodney McIntyre in the stabbing death of Ebony Franklin.

On Monday, Deonte Bryant and Terrance Bush are due in front of Judge William Jackson (courtroom 302) for a scheduled preliminary hearing. They are accused, along with Terry Jimenez, of killing Robert Foster Jr. Judge Jackson, however, is expected to reschedule their hearing for Friday.
On Thursday, Phillip Swan, Theodore Spencer and Terrell Wilson are due in front of Judge Thomas Motley (courtroom 319) for a preliminary hearing. They are accused of killing Glenn Scarborough in a Northeast DC apartment in June. Spencer recently underwent a mental health observation and was found competent to stand trial.
Also Thursday, Sharrod Peppers is expected for a status hearing by Judge Lynn Leibovitz (courtroom 310). Peppers is accused in the shooting death of Rodney Bean in Northwest D.C. in October 2010.
Antoine Taylor is expected in Judge Gerald Fisher’s courtroom (320) for a mental observation hearing. He’s accused in the shooting death of Joshua Hopkins in July 2010.
Finally Thursday, Terry Jimenez is scheduled for a preliminary hearing in front of Judge William Jackson (courtroom 302). Jimenez is one of three men accused in the shooting death of Robert Foster Jr.
On Friday Deonte Bryant and Terrance Bush may be scheduled for a preliminary hearing in front of Judge Jackson.
Donald Crosland and Kevin Clark are scheduled for a status hearing in a first-degree murder case in front of Judge Thomas Motley (courtroom 319). They were indicted in June for the shooting death of 17-year-old Ricardo Minger in Southeast DC in January.
Marcus McLean is expected by Judge Gerald Fisher (courtroom 320) for a status hearing. McLean was indicted for first-degree murder in the death of stabbing death of Delando King in Aug. 2010. He pleaded innocent.
Rodney McIntyre is due in front of Judge Lynn Leibovitz (courtroom 310) for a preliminary hearing. McIntyre is accused of killing his daughter, Ebony Franklin, in November.
