Derrell Bennett and Reginald Vance were indicted Wednesday each on a charge of first-degree murder while armed in connection with the shooting death of Keith Banks in Nov. 2010.
Both men were also indicted on two weapons charges. Vance was also indicted on a charge of being an accessory after the fact, “in that he relieved, comforted, and assisted Derrell Bennett.”
Bennett and Vance are due to be arraigned Monday.
