Reginald Vance and Derrell Bennett pleaded innocent this morning to charges that they shot and killed Keith Banks in Nov. 2010.
Banks was 29 years old when he was shot and killed in Northeast D.C. near Fort Circle Parks.
Vance and Bennett were arrested in December. They were arraigned today each on a charge of first-degree murder while armed as well as weapons charges in connection with Banks’ death.
A trial date has been set for April 17, 2012.
