A shooting in Northeast D.C. has killed a man, WJLA and NBC Washington report.
The shooting was first reported on MPD’s Sixth District Listserve. Wrote Cmdr. Robert Contee,
The Sixth District is currently investigating a shooting in the 5300 Block of Dix Street N.E.

Contee’s message was posted at 12:46 a.m. Saturday. While NBC Washington reported that the shooting happened “just after midnight,” WJLA reported that it happened at 5:22 a.m.
