A preliminary hearing for Irving Johnson, suspected in the Columbia Heights double homicide which killed Domonique Barber and Jimmie Lee Simmons III has been postponed according to court records.
Johnson was scheduled to appear in front of Judge Gerald Fisher Thursday morning. He is now scheduled for Nov. 18. Johnson was presented with the charge of first degree murder while armed on Sept. 10.
