Henry Diaz-Antunuez, 19, was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of second degree murder while armed in connection with the shooting death of David Eduardo Gonzalez on July 19.
Both men were from northwest DC; the shooting occurred in the 900 block of Randolph Street NW.

Arrest Made in the Homicide in the 900 Block of Randolph Street, NW
(Washington, DC)-Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department’s Homicide Branch have announced an arrest has been made in the fatal shooting which occurred in the 900 block of Randolph Street, NW.
On Tuesday July 19, 2011, at approximately 3:08 am, units from the Fourth District responded to the 900 block of Randolph Street, NW to investigate the report of a shooting. Upon their arrival, they observed a male suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. DC Fire and Emergency Medical Services personnel responded to the scene and determined that the victim had no signs consistent with life. The victim was transported to the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner and was pronounced dead.
The decedent has been identified as 23 year-old David Eduardo Gonzalez of Northwest, DC.
On Wednesday, November 2, 2011 at approximately 12:00 pm, members from the Homicide Branch arrested 19 year-old Henry Diaz-Antunuez of Northwest, Washington, DC, charging him with Murder Two while Armed.
