NBC Washington is reporting that a man was shot and killed Wednesday morning in Northeast D.C.
According to their report:
The victim was found around 8:25 this morning on Quarles Street NE.
Police say he’d been shot several times.
According to investigators, the victim appears he might have been in an apartment building at the time.
Update: The victim has been identified as 26-year-old Marcus Parham.
