The man suspected of killing Bloomingdale man Bill Mitchell Jr. waived his right to a preliminary hearing Friday.
Anthony Speight, the defendant, is due back in court Feb. 10. Charging documents state that Mitchell may have been killed in the course of a robbery for $20.
