WTOP’s Mark Segraves reports that the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner has ruled that the death of a baby girl found abandoned and barely alive on a Northeast DC doorstep has been ruled a homicide.
The baby was found on a doorstep the night of Jan. 15 and died shortly after. The night she was found was freezing cold. She is a black infant, believed to be approximately one month old. Her identity has not been released.
