Eric Jerome Payne and Terrance McNeal are scheduled for a status hearing on Tuesday before Judge Robert Morin. Payne is charged with first-degree murder while armed and McNeal with second-degree murder while armed in the June stabbing death of Charles Hicks.
On Wednesday, Arvel Wills is expected for a preliminary hearing before Judge Ronna Beck. Wills is charged with second-degree murder in the death of his cousin, Dewayne Wills.
Sean Gerell Carter is expected for a preliminary hearing on Thursday before Judge Morin. Carter is charged with first-degree murder while armed in the Aug. 23 shooting death of Bidley Warren.
On Friday, the court has hearings scheduled for the following individuals (9:30 a.m. unless otherwise noted):
- Christopher Williams, Harold Proctor, and Wayne Jackson, charged in the death of Kevin Blackwell Jr., for a status hearing
- Daren Vaughn, charged in the death of Tyrell Swan, for a preliminary hearing
- Maurice Leo Hawkins, charged in the death of Barbara Lloyd, for a status hearing
- James Deangelo Sandidge, charged in the death of Keenan Lee, for a status hearing
- Tarkeyshia Brown, who pled guilty to the murder of Jawan Parker, for sentencing
- Latonya Hall, who pled guilty to the murder of Michaeldeon Roy Talley, for a status hearing on a related conspiracy charge
- Ellsworth Colbert, charged in the death of Robert Wright, for a trial readiness hearing (10:00 a.m.)
- Antoine Little, charged in the death of James Eric Cain, for a preliminary hearing and felony status conference (11:00 a.m.)
- Eugene Antoine Kelly, charged in the death of Isaiah Harris, for a status hearing (11:00 a.m.)
- Gary Montgomery, charged in the death of Deoni Jones, for a felony status conference (11:00 a.m.)
- Keith Alonzo Littlepage, convicted in the death of Selina Knight, for sentencing (12:00 p.m.)
- Brian Arcenio Gaither and Johnnie Sweets, charged in the death of Latesha Frazier, for a status hearing (2:30 p.m.)
- Keir Maurice Johnson and Lester Williams, charged in the death of Jamal Coates, for a status hearing and felony arraignment (2:30 p.m.)
