On Monday, Albrecht Gero Muth is scheduled for a mental observation hearing before Judge Russell Canan at 9:30 a.m. Muth is charged with first-degree murder with aggravating circumstances in connection with the murder of his wife, Viola Drath.
On Tuesday, James Adrian Brewer, Stephen Page and Anthony Thomas are scheduled for a motion hearing with Judge Thomas Motley at 2 p.m. The men are suspected of shooting and killing 71-year-old Solomon Reese. Trial is scheduled for March 2013.
Raymond Lorenzo Faunteroy is scheduled for a felony status conference Tuesday at 9:30 a.m. with Judge Motley. Faunteroy is charged with first-degree murder while armed in connection with the 2011 shooting death of Derrick Ragland.
Michael Davis is expected Wednesday for a mental observation hearing in front of Judge Robert Morin at 10:30 a.m. Davis was found mentally incompetent to stand trial for the second time in July. He is charged with first-degree murder and two counts of assault with intent to kill in connection with the murder of 66-year-old Gary Dederichs.
