On Monday, Jonathan Fullard is due to be sentenced before Judge William Jackson at 2:15 p.m. Fullard pleaded guilty to killing his girlfriend’s infant son.
On Tuesday, Arvel Wills is scheduled to appear before Judge Ronna Beck for a preliminary hearing at 9:30 a.m. Wills is suspected of killing his cousin, Dewayne Wills, in what court documents say was a drunken argument between relatives.
Dennis Washington is scheduled for a preliminary hearing before Judge Jackson at 9:30 a.m. Prosecutors have accused Washington of killing Thomas Lipscomb for his television.
On Wednesday Eric Jerome Payne will attend a status hearing before Judge Robert Morin at 9:30 a.m. Morin found substantial probability to jail Payne at a preliminary hearing in July. Payne is accused of first-degree murder in the stabbing death of Charles Hicks.
On Thursday Herbert Hancock Hayes is due in Judge Russell Canan’s courtroom for a status hearing at 9:30 a.m. He is accused of fatally stabbing John Wesley Griffin in May.
Karl Pugh will appear before Judge Thomas Motley for a status hearing at 9:30 a.m. Pugh is scheduled for a jury trial in January. Prosecutors say he shot and killed Quentin Ragland in Southeast DC in Sept. 2011.
Lamont Terry will appear before Judge Morin for a felony status conference at 10:30 a.m.
On Friday Judge Morin is scheduled to sentence Alexis Pineda in the murder of Jose Hernandez-Romero at 11 a.m. Pineda pleaded guilty in October.
Anthony Campbell will appear before Judge Jackson for a felony status conference at 9:30 a.m. Campbell is accused of first-degree murder in connection with the Aug. 2011 shooting death of Antwain Henderson.
Antoine Little is due before Judge Motley for a felony status conference at 9:00 a.m. Little is accused of stabbing James Cain to death in Southeast DC in June in a fight over who “was a real Muslim.”
Antonio Jones will appear in Judge Motley’s courtroom at 10:30 a.m. for a mental observation hearing. Judge Motley is in the process of determining whether Jones is competent to stand trial for the Oct. 2011 shooting death of Davon Paul Grey.
Ariston Dickson is scheduled for a preliminary hearing at 9:30 a.m. before Judge Jackson. Dickson is accused of killing Robert Lesueur in October.
Charles Coates is scheduled to be sentenced by Judge Jackson at 9:30 a.m. Coates was convicted by a jury in September of second-degree murder and three related weapons charges in the Feb. 2011 shooting death of his cousin, Eddie A. Leonard Jr.
DaQuan Tinker will appear before Judge Morin for a felony status conference at 9:30 a.m. Tinker, 16, faces a second-degree murder charge in the August shooting death of Terrence Robinson.
Delron Atchison is due to be sentenced by Judge Motley at noon. Atchison pled guilty to second-degree murder while armed in the fatal 2011 shooting of Demetrius Thompson on a Metro bus.
Ellsworth Colbert will appear in Judge Ronald Machen’s courtroom at 9:30 a.m. for a trial readiness hearing. Colbert’s trial is due to begin Jan. 7. Colbert is accused of fatally stabbing his 37-year-old neighbor in March in a fight over a “dog mess.”
Eric Foreman is scheduled to be sentenced at 3 p.m. by Judge Morin.
James Sandidge will appear before Judge Morin at 9:30 a.m. for a status hearing.
Lamonte Hill is scheduled for a felony status conference at 9:30 a.m. in Judge Jackson’s courtroom.
Larnell Allen will appear before Judge Motley at 9:30 a.m. for a status hearing.
Judge Motley will hold a preliminary hearing for Leon Allen Smith at 9:30 a.m. Smith is suspected of fatally stabbing Stephan Manuel Pool in September.
Samuel Nelson will appear before Judge Morin at 11:30 a.m. for a preliminary hearing.
Sharrod Peppers is scheduled to be sentenced by Judge Ronna Beck at 11 a.m. Peppers pled guilty in October in connection with the 2010 shooting death of Rodney Bean.
Vincent Gray is due before Judge Motley for sentencing. Gray pled guilty in connection with the fatal Metro bus shooting of Demetrius Thompson in Oct. 2011.
