Week Ahead

On Monday, John Bolton‘s trial on a charge of first-degree murder is expected to begin in front of Judge John Johnson. Bolton is charged with killing Christopher Fletcher on May 24, 2011.

Karl Pugh is expected by Judge Ronna Beck for a motions hearing at 10:30 a.m. Monday. Pugh is suspected in the Sept. 20, 2011, death of Quentin Joavor Ragland.

Also Monday, Ellsworth Colbert‘s trial continues with Judge Herbert Dixon.

Tuesday, Judge William Jackson is expecting Jonathan Fullard for a mental observation hearing at 10 a.m.. Fullard has pleaded guilty to a charge of felony murder in the death of toddler Keyontae Osbia Moore.

Joshua Andrews is expected for a status hearing with Judge Beck at 4 p.m.; he’s suspected of first-degree murder in the death of Darond Lucas.

Sean Carter is expected for a preliminary hearing with Judge Robert Morin. Carter is suspected of first-degree murder in connection with the Aug. 23, 2012, death of Bidley Warren.

On Wednesday, Keir M. Johnson and Lester D. Williams are scheduled to appear in front of Judge Dixon at 2 p.m. for a status hearing. Both men are suspected of first-degree murder in connection with the death of Jamal Coates.

Thursday, Dietrich Baker is scheduled for arrignment on one charge of first-degree mruder and four weapons offenses by Judge Dixon. Baker is charged in the death of James Ray Sherrod.

Eric Payne is expected for a status hearing with Judge Morin. Payne is suspected of first-degree murder in connection with the death of Charles Hicks.

On Friday, Alex Cater is expected for a status hearing at 10:30 a.m. with Judge Thomas Motley. Cater is suspected of second-degree murder in the death of Leroy Studevant.

Anthony Hatton, Johnnie Harris, Kevin Charles, and Stanley Moghalu are scheduled for arraignment with Judge Dixon at 2 p.m. They are suspected of taking part in the series of attacks that injured one person and killed Tyrell Fogle, Isaiah Sheffield, and Steven Moore.

David Bolden is expected by Judge Dixon for a status hearing at 10:15 a.m. Bolden is suspected in the May 1, 2012, death of Lamont Antonio Devore.

Jashua Johnson is also expected for a status hearing with Judge Dixon. Johnson is suspected of second-degree murder in the death of Davon Brown.

Terry Johnson is expected for a trial readiness hearing with Judge Dixon at 10:30 a.m. Johnson is suspected if first-degree murder in the death of Andre Jamal Wiggins.

Dominique Bassil is expected for sentencing with Judge Robert Morin at 11 a.m. Friday. Bassil was found guilty in November of second-degree murder while armed in connection with the stabbing death of her boyfriend, Vance Harris III.

Gary Montgomery is expected for a status hearing at 11 a.m. with Judge Morin. Montgomery is suspected of second-degree murder in the Feb. 2, 2012, death of Deoni Jones.

Arvel Wills is expected for a preliminary hearing with Judge Beck at 11 a.m. Friday. Wills is suspected of second-degree murder in the death of Dewayne Wills.

Herbert Hayes is expected for a status hearing with Judge Russell Canan. Hayes is suspected of second-degree murder in the death of John Wesley Griffin.

Ricardo Mitchell is expected for a status hearing at 11 a.m. with Chief Judge Lee Satterfield. Mitchell is suspected in the Aug. 21, 2011 death of Wyatt Earp Robinson.

Also Friday, Tarkeyshia Brown is scheduled for sentencing with Judge Jackson. Brown pled guilty in July in the Oct. 16, 2011, death of Jawan Parker.
