On Monday, three murder trials are scheduled to continue. Raymond Roseboro‘s trial will resume before Judge Russell Canan, while Judge John Ramsey Johnson will continue the trial of John David Bolton and Judge Ronna Beck will continue hearing evidence in Felicia Jones‘ trial.
Michael Davis, the brother of San Francisco 49ers tight end Vernon Davis, is due before Judge Robert Morin at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday for a felony arraignment.
Judge William Jackson will hold a status hearing Thursday at 2:30 p.m. for Brian Arcenio Gaither. Gaither pleaded guilty to murder charges late last year, but Jackson postponed Gaither’s sentencing date while the defendant considers withdrawing his plea.
On Friday, Karl Pugh is scheduled for a status hearing before Judge Ronna Beck at 9:30 a.m.
Davon Holmes and Stephanie Lawson will appear before Judge Beck at 9:30 a.m. for status hearings.
Herbert Hancock Hayes is expected in Judge Russell Canan’s courtroom at 9:30 a.m. for a felony status conference. Earl Johnson is also due to appear in Canan’s courtroom for a status conference at 9:30 a.m.
David Bolden is scheduled to appear before Judge Herbert Dixon at 9:30 a.m. for a status hearing.
Andre Miles is due in Judge John Ramsey Johnson’s courtroom at 9:30 a.m. for a status conference.
Kevin Benbow is expected in Judge William Jackson’s courtroom at 9:30 a.m. for a status hearing.
Judge Ronna Beck will hold a preliminary hearing for Kevon Marquis Austin at 11 a.m. Austin is suspected in the Oct. 10, 2012, death of Gregory Darnell Troxler.
Keir M. Johnson and Lester D. Williams are scheduled for status hearings with Judge Beck at 2 p.m.
