On Monday DC Superior Court is closed for Memorial Day.
Tuesday, Rashid Caviness-Bey is expected for trial on a charge of first-degree murder. He’s suspected in the Aug. 17, 2011 shooting death of Osman Al-Akbar. The trial, which began this week, is scheduled with Judge Lynn Leibovitz.
On Wednesday, Alex Cater is expected for a status hearing with Judge Herbert Dixon. Cater is suspected in the Dec. 31, 2011 death of Leroy Studevant.
Ellsworth Colbert is expected for sentencing with Judge Dixon. He was convicted by jury in the March 4, 2012, death of Robert Leroy Wright.
Lamonte Hill is expected for a status hearing with Judge John Johnson. He is suspected in the June 11, 2012, death of Brian Dewayne Bloomfield.
Friday, Calvin Shaw is expected for a status hearing with Judge Robert Morin at 10 a.m. Shaw is suspected in the July 4, 2012, death of Crevontai Key.
David Jamal Wilson is expected for a status hearing with Judge Dixon. Wilson is suspected in the Feb. 2, 2013, death of Howard Venable Jr.
Dennis Washington is expected for a status hearing with Judge Johnson at 10:30 a.m. Washington is suspected in the April 26, 2011, death of Thomas Glenn Lipscomb.
Keir Johnson and Lester Williams are expected for a status hearing with Judge Leibovitz at 10:30 a.m. They are suspected in the Sept. 28, 2010 death of Jamal R. Coates.
