On Monday, Allen Culver is expected for a preliminary hearing with Judge Russell Canan. Culver is suspected of second-degree murder in the June 1, 2013, death of Robert Plight.
Judge Canan is also scheduled to begin Herbert Hayes‘ trial; Hayes is charged in the May 18, 2012, death of John Wesley Griffin.
The murder trial of three men— Anthony Hatton, Johnnie Harris and Stanley Moghalu— is scheduled to resume Monday with Judge Henry Greene. Hatton, Harris and Moghalu are suspected of taking part in a series of attacks that took the lives of Steven Moore, Tyrell Fogle and Isaiah Sheffield.
Tuesday, Antonio Shaw is scheduled for a preliminary hearing with Judge Robert Morin. Shaw is suspected of second-degree murder in connection with the June 19, 2013, death of Ernest Hart.
Davon Holmes‘ trial is expected to resume with Judge Ronna Beck. Holmes is charged with first-degree murder while armed in connection with the August 2011 stabbing death of Marcellus Terrell Bailey.
Wednesday, Arik Sims is scheduled for a status conference with Judge Morin. Sims is suspected of first-degree murder in the Sept. 30, 2012, death of Lamar Michael Fonville.
Friday, Joseph Peoples is expected for a status hearing with Judge Morin. Peoples is suspected of first-degree murder in the July 7, 2012, death of Michael Edward Jones.
