NBC Washington reports that three people, including one juvenile, were killed in separate incidents in DC early Saturday morning.
According to NBC Washington, the juvenile was shot just before 2 a.m. He was dropped off at a hospital, NBC Washington reported. The location of where the shooting took place was not immediately available.
Two serious shootings were reported in Southeast DC, each at about 4:30 Saturday morning, NBC Washington and WJLA report.
Reports NBC Washington:
Police said an adult male was shot in the head at 330 Parkland Place. Minutes later, police responded to a second incident in the 3000 block of Martin Luther King, Jr. Avenue.
Officers found a second adult male with a gunshot wound to the face. Both victims died.
Reports WJLA:
Police say a shooting in 300 block of Parkland Place near Martin Luther King Jr. Avenue left one dead.
A few minutes later police responded to a shooting nearby in the 900 block of Southern Avenue SE. One person was taken to the hospital with a gunshot wound. Police searched for a black man wearing a black shirt and black jeans. Police aren’t sure whether the two shootings are related.
