Thursday, Judge Beck is expecting two cases: Arvel Wills is expected for a status hearing. He is suspected of second-degree murder in connection with the June 4, 2012, death of his cousin, Dwayne Wills.
William Hogan, held in connection with the Sept. 17, 2013, shooting death of Robert Spencer, is expected for a preliminary hearing.
Friday, Judge John Johnson is expecting two cases: Marvin Palencia is expected for sentencing. Palencia was found guilty of first-degree murder in connection with Jacobo Vasquez‘s Nov. 11, 2010, death.
Asia Moore is expected for a felony status conference. Judge Johnson found probable cause that Moore stabbed and killed her boyfriend, Marvin Harvey, who died on July 3, 2013.
Calvin Shaw is expected for a status hearing with Judge Robert Morin. In April, a grand jury named Shaw in a 40-count indictment in connection with the July 4, 2012, shooting death of Crevontai Key.
Judge Morin is also expecting Michael Davis for a status hearing. Davis was found competent to stand trial in Gary Dederichs‘ April 24, 2012, death after nearly a year-long treatment for mental health.
Marvin Moore is expected for a preliminary hearing with Judge Russell Canan. Moore is charged with second-degree murder while armed in connection with the Sept. 21, 2013, stabbing death of Timothy Benjamin.
