Baltimore Man Arrested in Delonte Hemphill’s Murder

William Jackson, 27, was arrested Thursday on suspicion of second-degree murder while armed for the shooting death of 22-year-old Delonte Hemphill. On July 13, police officers found Hemphill suffering from a gunshot wound in the 3500 block of 6th Street, Southeast. Hemphill died in a local hospital.
