An early morning shooting has killed a man in Southeast DC WUSA and NBC Washington reports.
They say police were called to the 600 block of 46th Pl. SE at about 1:30 a.m. for a report of a shooting. There they found an adult male with gunshot wounds to his upper body. He died at a local hospital and has not yet been identified.
