A third suspect in a deadly shooting following DC’s Caribbean Festival was presented yesterday with a charge of second degree murder and ordered held pending a preliminary hearing.
Terrance Bush appeared in courtroom c-10 represented by attorney Jeffrey Lewis. On Bush’s behalf, Lewis submitted to the government’s evidence for substantial probability that Bush was involved in the shooting death of Robert Foster Jr.
A preliminary hearing date was set for July 25.
Co-defendants in the case are also scheduled for the end of this month: Terry Jimenez is expected in court for a preliminary hearing on July 18 and Deonte Bryant is expected July 25.
