A man was killed today by a police officer in Southeast DC, according to reports from Fox5, WUSA, WJLA, and WTOP.
MPD Chief Cathy Lanier told WJLA the shooting took place when someone called police with a drug complaint; a robbery task force unit arrived to check it out.
