On Monday,
The trial of Andre Miles is scheduled to begin before Judge John Ramsey Johnson. Miles is charged with first-degree murder and two related weapons charges in connection with the shooting death of Sandy Greene III.
On Wednesday,
James Walter Yates is scheduled for a preliminary hearing before Judge Russell Canan. Yates is charged with second-degree murder while armed in connection with the shooting death of 29-year-old Andre Pierce Joyner.
Michael Marshall is scheduled for a status hearing before Judge Rhonda Winston. Marshall pleaded guilty to second-degree murder while armed in connection with the shooting of Antonio Headspeth.
On Thursday,
Demitrich Jones and William Smallwood are scheduled for a preliminary hearing before Judge Jennifer Anderson. Smallwood is charged with first-degree murder while armed in connection with the shooting death of Rashard Raigns. Jones, 16, is charged with first-degree murder while armed in connection with the shooting death of Rashard Raigns.
Joshua Mebane is scheduled for a status hearing before Judge Jennifer Anderson. Mebane is charged with first-degree felony murder while armed in connection with the shooting death of 44-year-old Quadar Muhammad.
Keir Johnson is scheduled for an ascertainment of counsel hearing before Judge Lynn Leibovitz. Jurors convicted him of first-degree premeditated murder while armed and other weapons, conspiracy, and criminal street gang offenses in connection to the shooting death of Jamal Coates on March 21, 2014.
On Friday,
Allen Culver is scheduled for a status hearing at 11:00 a.m. before Judge Russell Canan. Culver is charged with first-degree murder in connection to the shooting death of 31-year-old Robert Plight.
Allen Thomas is scheduled for a preliminary hearing before Judge Russell Canan. Thomas is charged with second-degree murder in connection to the fatal stabbing of Elike Rahmon Richardson.
Corey Stoddard is scheduled for a felony status conference before Judge Russell Canan. Stoddard is charged with second-degree murder in connection with the death of Kevin Lewis Crouch.
DaQuan Tinker is scheduled for a status hearing before Judge Robert Morin. Tinker is charged with first-degree murder, felony murder, armed robbery, and six related charges in connection with the 2012 shooting death of Terrence Robinson.
James Brewer is scheduled for a status hearing at 2:00 p.m. before Judge Herbert Dixon Jr. Brewer was sentenced to 27 years and 8 months in prison on January 17 in connection with the shooting death of 71-year-old Vietnam veteran Solomon Reese.
Jerome Lewis is scheduled for a status hearing at 10:00 a.m. before Judge John Ramsey Johnson. Lewis is charged with first-degree felony murder, arson, assault, first-degree child cruelty and threatening to kidnap in connection with the February fire death of 4-year-old Samauri Jenkins.
Kevin Walker is scheduled for a status hearing at 10:30 a.m. before Judge Russell Canan. Walker is charged with first-degree murder, two counts of possession of a firearm and one count of carrying a pistol without a license in connection to the shooting death of siblings, Jamie Jenkins, 28, and Jamahl Jenkins.
