On Monday,
The trial of Andre Miles is scheduled to begin before Judge John Ramsey Johnson. He is charged with first-degree murder while armed, possession of a firearm during a crime of violence and carrying a pistol without a license in the shooting death of Sandy Greene III.
The trial of David Shepherd to begin in the courtroom of Judge Lynn Leibovitz. Shepherd is charged in the June 3, 2012 death of Henry Charles Miller. Prosecutors say police stopped Shepherd’s car after the murder and found a revolver under the driver’s seat.
On Tuesday,
Joshua Andrews is scheduled to be sentenced before Judge Rhonda Winston. Jurors found Andrews guilty in April of first-degree murder while armed, assault with intent to kill, and other five related charges in connection to the shooting death of 17-year-old Darond Alonte Lucas.
On Wednesday,
Don Page is scheduled for a status hearing at 10:00 a.m. before Judge Rhonda Winston. Page is charged with first-degree murder, obstruction of justice, and two related weapons charges in connection with the shooting death of Quentin Lavar White.
On Thursday,
Ahmad Robertson-Bey is scheduled for a felony status conference before Judge Rhonda Winston. Robertson-Bey is suspected of second-degree murder in the death of Andre Wilson.
On Friday,
The courts will be closed on Friday for the Fourth of July.
