A shooting in the 1900 block of H Street Northeast killed 23-year-old Darryl Delonta Jacobs early Monday morning, according to MPD. Police officers responding to a call for a shooting at approximately 12:29 a.m. found Jacobs suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
