Police have identified the 19-year-old killed in a midday shooting on Howard Road Southeast yesterday as Devon Dominique Parker. Parker, who lived in Southeast DC, was found 1400 block of Howard Road with multiple gunshot wounds. He was taken to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead. A shooting in the 1400 block of Howard Road Southeast, a few blocks from Anacostia Metro station, killed a 19-year-old man, according to news reports.
