Michael Ezekel Epps of Windsor Mill, Md. was killed by MPD officers Monday night. Police said Epps, 20, was shooting a gun at apartments in the Clay Terrace neighborhood and was believed to be on PCP.
Jekwan Smith was ordered held on suspicion of first-degree murder in the shooting death of Isaiah Sheffield. At a preliminary hearing, an MPD detective said the shooting was part of an ongoing dispute between rivaling neighborhood men.
