On Monday, Joshua Mebane is scheduled for a felony status conference with Judge Thomas Motley at 9:30 a.m. Mebane is charged with felony murder while armed in connection with the shooting death of cab driver Quadar Muhammad.

Linda Bury is expected for a preliminary hearing in front of Judge Motley at 9:30 a.m. Monday. Bury is also charged with felony murder while armed in connection with the death of Quadar Muhammad.

Steven Williams is expected for a preliminary hearing in front of Judge Robert Morin at 9:30 a.m. Monday. Williams is charged with second-degree murder while armed in connection with the murder of Grace Deli owner, Hae Soon Lim.

On Tuesday, Marc Tapp is scheduled for a status hearing with Judge Russell Canan at 9:30 a.m. Tapp is suspected of shooting and killing 19-year-old Jermaine Anderson in May 2011. A trial is scheduled for February 2013.

Wednesday, Alexander Gomez-Enamorado is scheduled for a felony status conference with Judge Canan at 9:30 a.m. Gomez-Enamorado is suspected of fatally stabbing Miguel Angel Ventura in November 2010.

James Fields is scheduled for a status hearing with Judge Ronna Beck on Wednesday. Fields is charged with premeditated first-degree murder while armed, assault with intent to kill, aggravated assault while armed, and several weapons offenses in connection with the 2011 shooting death of Christopher Freeman. Trial is scheduled for January 2013.

Phillip Swan, Terrell Wilson and Theodore Spencer are expected for sentencing in front of Judge Motley at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday. The men were found guilty of murder, conspiracy, burglary and kidnapping in connection with the 2011 slaying of 62-year-old Glenn Scarborough.

On Friday, Cydrisse Alvin is scheduled for a felony status conference with Judge Beck at 10:30 a.m. Alvin is suspected of second-degree murder while armed in connection with the stabbing death of her neighbor, Amber Kent.

Kevon Austin is scheduled for a preliminary hearing with Judge Beck at 10:30 a.m. Friday. Austin is suspected of shooting and killing Gregory Troxler this past October. Austin had been wearing a GPS ankle bracelet for unrelated crimes at the time of Troxler’s death, but less than an hour before the shooting the bracelet stopped emitting a signal.

On Monday, Johnnie Sweets is scheduled for a status hearing with Judge William Jackson at 9:30 a.m. Sweets is charged with two counts of first-degree murder, kidnapping and tampering in connection with the brutal murder of Latisha Frazier.

Brian Gaither is expected for a jury trial in front of Judge Jackson, Monday. Gaither is charged with first-degree and felony murder, kidnapping, and several other charges for his involvement in the death of Latisha Frazier.

Monday, Terrance McNeal is scheduled for a status hearing with Judge Robert Morin. McNeal is suspected of stabbing and killing Charles Hicks in June 2011.

On Tuesday, Joshua Mebane and Linda Bury are expected for a preliminary hearing in front of Judge Thomas Motley. Mebane and Bury are each charged with felony murder while armed in connection with the shooting death of Quadar Muhammad.

Eric Jerome Payne and Terrance McNeal are scheduled for a status hearing on Tuesday before Judge Robert Morin. Payne is charged with first-degree murder while armed and McNeal with second-degree murder while armed in the June stabbing death of Charles Hicks.

On Wednesday, Arvel Wills is expected for a preliminary hearing before Judge Ronna Beck. Wills is charged with second-degree murder in the death of his cousin, Dewayne Wills.

Sean Gerell Carter is expected for a preliminary hearing on Thursday before Judge Morin. Carter is charged with first-degree murder while armed in the Aug. 23 shooting death of Bidley Warren.

On Monday, Robert Carter will appear before Judge Thomas Motley for a mental observation hearing. Carter is suspected of murdering his 13-year-old daughter Angel Morse in 2010. Carter’s trial is scheduled to begin Nov. 5.

Alex Jerome Cater will appear on Thursday before Judge Motley for a felony status conference. Prosecutors say Cater, 31, killed 56-year-old Leroy Studevant early in the morning on Dec. 31, 2011 in Marvin Gaye Park, but Cater has not yet been indicted for the crime. Officers arrested him May 18.

Also in Judge Motley’s courtroom Thursday, Terry Terrell Johnson will appear for a trial readiness hearing. Johnson is suspected of killing Andre Wiggins Oct. 26, 2011 after what prosecutors describe as a feud between the two men. Johnson’s trial is scheduled to begin in February.

On Monday, Dominique Bassil is expected for a jury trial in front of Judge Robert Morin beginning at 9:30 a.m. Bassil is suspected of second-degree murder in the Aug. 13, 2011, stabbing death of her boyfriend, Vance Darnell Harris II.

On Thursday, Christopher Williams, Harold Proctor, and Wayne Jackson are scheduled for a status hearing with Judge Beck. The men are charged with first-degree murder in connection with the stabbing death of Kevin Blackwell Jr.

Friday, Anthony Hatton, Jekwan Smith, Johnnie Harris, Kevin Charles and Stanley Moghalu are scheduled for a trail readiness hearing with Judge Thomas Motley at 3:00 p.m. The men are charged in connection with the “21st and Vietnam” killings.

Cydrisse Marcha-Marie Alvin is scheduled for a felony status conference with Judge Beck, Friday. Alvin is suspected of stabbing and killing her neighbor, Amber Kent, this past June.

David and Montez Warren are scheduled for a status hearing at noon with Judge Beck, Friday. The brothers are suspected of felony murder in the May 13, 2011, shooting death of Ervin Lamont Griffin.

Eric Jerome Payne is scheduled for a status hearing Friday at 11:30 a.m. with Judge Morin. Payne is suspected of first-degree murder for his participation in the stabbing death of Charles Hicks.

On Friday, Felicia Jones is scheduled for a status hearing with Judge William Jackson. Jones has been charged with second-degree murder in the stabbing death of Jodie Ward.

Jamar George is scheduled for a felony status conference, Friday, with Judge Jackson. George is suspected of first-degree murder in connection with the shooting death of Ronnie Speight.

Friday, Marc Tapp is scheduled for a status hearing with Judge Russell Canan. Tapp is suspected in the 2011 murder of 19-year-old Jermaine Anderson.

Quindetta Cosby is expected for a preliminary hearing with Judge Motley, Friday. Cosby is charged with second-degree murder in the stabbing death of Paul Lawrence Morris.

On Monday Eric Foreman is scheduled for a jury trial before Judge Robert Morin. Foreman is suspected of felony murder while armed in connection with the August 2010 shooting death of Catholic University graduate student Neil Godleski. Godleski was bicycling home from his job as a waiter at a restaurant when Foreman allegedly robbed him for $60 at gunpoint in Sherman Circle. Godleski was shot several times.
